Ok, I got it

On 31st October 2009 over 100 soldiers from the 2nd Battalion (The Rifles) returning from Afgahanistan paraded through Liverpool City Centre. Marching at 140 paces a minute from St George's Hall through the city to the Town Hall led by the Band and Bugles of the Rifles. Liverpool turned out to welcome them home and gave them a civic reception afterwards in the Town Hall, hosted by the Lord Mayor and Council dignitries. Please take time to view the website above that has been set up to help injured soldiers and their families. The video shows the parade as it reaches the Town Hall. It was taken on my wife Sandra's phone so the quality isn't that good, it did have sound but on converting the file so it can be viewed on the website it has somehow been lost.
